Telehealth is an option that allows patients to see and talk to their health care providers from the comfort and convenience of home. Telehealth is a service delivery model where the patient participates in an audio/video appointment on a HIPAA compliant platform.

In order to get started it is recommended that you set up a free consult to see if telehealth physical therapy is a good fit for you to address your individual needs. During that consult the physical therapist will be able to determine if you are a good candidate for telehealth. If it is determined that you will need in person care the therapist will assist in the coordination of care to help you get set up in a local physical therapy clinic.

Mountain Range of Motion, LLC is able to provide physical therapy services for individuals located in Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Florida, and South Dakota. Wellness services may be provided worldwide.
Mountain Range of Motion, LLC is a telehealth physical therapy provider for individuals located in the states of Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Florida. We provide online physical therapy evaluations and treatment with the focus on rehabilitation for mountain sports, outdoor activities, return to active lifestyle and pain management. Our online wellness services are designed as activity specific fitness and injury prevention for individuals worldwide.

Our mission is to increase access to physical therapy and wellness services in rural areas, and allow for convenience of care for those with limited time, transportation or mobility. Telehealth services allow for treatment to be performed within the comfort and safety of your own home, work place, or outdoor environment.

Physical therapy services can be initiated either by referral from a physician or through direct patient access. Our goal is to get your treatment started faster so that you can get back to your daily activities with less pain and increased quality of motion and mobility.

Wellness services are available as individual sessions or online classes. We are available for individual wellness sessions year round and offer live and recorded pre-ski/ski strengthening classes September-February to prepare you to hit the slopes and to ski strong throughout the season!

INSURANCE
Mountain Range of Motion, LLC is an out of network provider for all insurance plans at this time.
Mountain Range of Motion, LLC provides physical therapy services as an out of network provider for all insurance plans at this time. You may submit proof of services and payment to your insurance provider, but reimbursement is not guaranteed. Mountain Range of Motion will supply you with the paperwork for this purpose, but cannot submit billing to your insurance provider. All payments for our services must be made in full at the time of your appointment. We are able to accept payment through the patient portal by credit/debit card or with an HSA (health savings account)/ FSA (flexible spending account) card for all physical therapy services.

Wellness services may be paid through the client portal by credit/debit card. If you are planning on purchasing a package of classes or a package of individual training sessions please call Mountain Range of Motion, LLC prior to scheduling your class so that your payment will be set up at the discounted rate. We are unable to accept HSA/FSA cards for wellness services as they are designed for fitness/injury prevention and are not physical therapy services.
